I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit with #6 Khushi. During my appointment, the esthetician applied wax to my upper lip that was far too hot. When I explicitly told her it was burning hot, instead of properly cooling it or adjusting the temperature, she simply blew on it and applied it anyway. As a result, my skin is severely blistered and damaged. While I wanted to like this place, ignoring a client's direct feedback on heat safety is unacceptable and a major hazard.
