Kim is always so accommodating.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. I was recently in to get blonde highlights and a trim. Kim was able to get me in for a same day appointment which I was appreciative of. The minute I sat down in her chair she was checking the clock and told me she was in a hurry because she had plans later. She chopped 3 inches off my hair and when I noticed and said something she continued to cut and said it was just the ends and they were scraggly anyway.
