Carmen and Sue (and the other staffers I don't know by name) have been wonderful every time we go into the store. In particular this year with Velma's cancer recovery, their help in recommending new food and supplements for her has just been amazingly helpful. And they're so nice :) Can't recommend them enough in their terrific customer service to people and their pets.
