I came here to get my hair done I called her and made an 11am appointment weeks in advance. I texted her this morning that i was on my way she didn't respond. I got here a few minutes before 11am. I was knocking on the door. No one was there. Lights were off! I waited 10 more minutes in the parking lot. Called her phone, No one answered. I took off work for nothing. Im so pissed off!

The quality of the work was top-notch—my daughter's dragon braid was exactly what I had asked for. The best part is she was incredibly accommodating and welcoming to my 4-year-old, which is a huge relief for parents. It's great to see a business that focuses on both professionalism and a positive experience for all ages.
