The first guy we had was stellar. He was able to level with me and allow me to report what I saw with confidence that it wouldn't fall on deaf ears. He has moved on in his career and the new guy is also stellar. Personable, communicative, educated about his job, and helpful. They treat here weekly and talk to everyone especially me.

We had what we thought was one squirrel making its winter home in the soffit above our garage. We called Bad Boys, they arrived the same day to assess and came back the very next morning to set the trap. Lo and behold there was a family of 4 up there! They removed the trap, set a new one, and when we were sure the soffit was empty they sealed it well and even addressed other areas of poor integrity. This company is extremely unprofessional in how they handle scheduling. I was told just before 4pm someone would be arriving between 4:00–6:00 the same day — with no prior confirmation of time slot. That is not notice, and no client should be expected to drop everything at the last minute. When I explained this was unacceptable, they implied that I had “canceled” when in reality I was never given a proper appointment time.
