The Bad Boy teams have been phenomenal! I found a termite tunnel in my new build and not only were they quick to help and offer service, but didn’t try to up sell me. They were helpful if helping me find out it would still be covered by warranty, even though they would not be doing the treatment/ service. Their team was professional and kind. We needed to take care of a mouse problem at our house. This was the second time we called Bad Boys for a rodents issue because they did a great job a few years ago. Elwood took care of the problem and gave great advice to keeping mice at bay. He was friendly and did a great job placing traps where need be plus repellent to the yard for extra protection from rodents. This is a great company that I highly recommend for your bug/ pest needs. This is the best company in the area I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are fast, efficient, clean at a fair price and honest people.
We had a squirrel problem in a part of out house that had no real access and John and his team resolved the problem. They captured and relocated the squirrels, checking the traps daily and relocating those that were caught. The team was very nice and always took the time to answer any questions I had.
