I bought a Badboy Magnum 54 about 4 weeks ago from Bad Bot of Shawnee. I was really excited because the reputation of this mower was great and Shawnee had good review after good review. The young man who delivered it gave me an excellent walk around on all of the features. He told me about the warranty and service and even that they would come pick it up and deliver if something went wrong. I love my bad boy mower. I bought my mower at harrah, a 2015 ZT elite. Sales & service guys at harrah are outstanding! Joe , Russ, & Eric rock! There's a reason why they are number 1 bad boy dealer in state.

They run a terrible business. I have a 2012 Bad Boy outlaw that I purchased new in Shawnee. At the end of mowing season 2013 my blades stopped engaging. The mower was still under the 2 year factory warranty so I called the dealer in Shawnee to schedule an appt but they did not answer so I called the dealer in Harrah and made an appt. I took the mower in and they were very helpful and even found a few other things wrong with the mower that they told me would be covered under the warranty.
