Bought a new maverick hd 60 inch deck with 28hp vanguard engine 5/20/26. The gentleman that helped me said his gas can was out and gave me my first oil change as compensation. Don't know if they know or not ( i used to work at a mower dealership) he gave me kawasaki engine oil for a briggs motor. Briggs will not warranty another companies oil. So will not be using it. I called before I went and specifically asked if they leveled the deck during their pdi on mower. Was told yes. Got it home, checked deck, and it was 1/2" lowe... read more
Great mowers , Olivia's customer service was outstanding she is knowledgeable, and professional in her duties, prices are pleasantly competitive.
My Bad Boy Mower ate the belt that drives the blades. I took it to Bad Boy Joe llc of Shawnee. They worked me into their schedule and replaced the belt while I waited. The tensioner nut had rusted solid. They cut if off and installed a new one. I wouldn't have been able to do that. Very much appreciated.
