The chain on my Ducati lost a roller bearing, which I only noticed when I arrived in Fredericksburg. Eli ordered a chain for me which arrived the next day and he installed it in about 30 mins while I waiting.. Great experience, total pros, highly recommend if you are in the area and need your bike serviced! Before and after pics attached.
