Just got off the phone with Manager..I think her name was Paula. She was amazing. Very sweet. Told her I collect watches..and had several watches that needed new batteries, and a bent sterling silver ring. She was very sweet, helpful and polite. Said she would give me a discount on batteries if I brought in over eight watches. I have not had service yet performed there..but am looking forward to it..because she was much more helpful and Professional than Wal-Mart. Hopefulky, I can get these batteries installed.
