They did a beautiful job replacing the pearl on an old sentimental family ring! They even reshaped and shined up the band after many years of wear. Great customer service.
16 years ago I walked into the store with a 2 year old ad for the wedding ring my wife wanted. They were super nice and helpful. Since then, we've taken our rings back to be resized and not only are they still super nice and helpful but they still remember who we are. The staff is amazing and very helpful. No pressure buying....if you do make a purchase they take very good care if you! No matter if you spend $50 or thousands they treat you the same! They are the best at making you feel the best! I had the diamond earrings my husband gave me as a wedding gift 13 years ago made into a beautiful ring.
