They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
