This place is a joke
Very good and fast service.
Tyler at Bacon Chevrolet in Jacksonville Texas got my truck right in on a service repair! I am so thankful for the service I received even tho I purchased at another dealership. THE service department got on it and knocked it out and had my truck ready to pick up. Thanks!!!
Gary in Service gets an A+! My 2021 Blazer left my daughter on the side of the road. I am 2 1/2hrs away. We contacted him, he sent a wrecker, diagnosed the problem and his tech had us ready that day!! I know this cannot be expected all the time, but they will get my business in the future. Everyone we dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful!
