I have been a customer since 2008 and have always had a great prompt professional experience with Jimmy in sales, with Tyler in service and overall the customer service dept always quickly resolved any issues for me. I have recommended friends there and they have all been very satisfied
Very poorly organized .with incorrect times on Google maps.and no labels on building for parts department you have to go explore the building like an inspector.gm and shop mang both where to lazy to come to the counter.and had me screaming to talk to them. Just chilling at there desk the gm did not address the situation even tho he observed the interaction they said they don't do the front desk and they are for service. With no receptionist present on shift. if I was there to get a truck I would get nothing but people playin... read more
