Gary in Service gets an A+! My 2021 Blazer left my daughter on the side of the road. I am 2 1/2hrs away. We contacted him, he sent a wrecker, diagnosed the problem and his tech had us ready that day!! I know this cannot be expected all the time, but they will get my business in the future. Everyone we dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful!
((Too bad you can't give a - 10 stars)) This place is a huge joke, to be called a service center!!! The service person here (David) to say HE's incompetent would be an understatement!! Over priced and sadly doesn't listen to what you tell him, If you want to get overcharged for services that they don't do and if you just have a deathwish come here to get your vehicle worked on!!! I would AVOID at all cost!!!
Horrible customer service. Came in for a oil change and tire rotation because Hall Tyler was booked while we were in town and Bacon refused to take our $10 loyal customer coupon, and stated they were not able to get the tires off to rotate them because it broke their socket. Told us to go back to the Missouri GMC house and get them to take them off since they put them on and charged us for the rotation anyways. Never coming back. Rotten attitude the whole time.
