This office used to be great, but since Dr. Bliss took over, our experience has gone downhill. She seems hesitant to treat my kids and often refers care out—even for small things. She will try to split appointments and have us come back for a second appointment if she feels she is running low on time. We scheduled an appointment for my son’s pain, only for it to be canceled and sent over an hour away, which was frustrating.
