I had a wonderful experience with this dental office in Bacliff, Texas. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive while caring for my mother. She spent many years serving others as a minister and missionary, so it meant a great deal to see her treated with such respect, compassion, and dignity. This office used to be great, but since Dr. Bliss took over, our experience has gone downhill. She seems hesitant to treat my kids and often refers care out—even for small things. She will try to split appointments and have us come back for a second appointment if she feels she is running low on time. We scheduled an appointment for my son’s pain, only for it to be canceled and sent over an hour away, which was frustrating.
