I recently purchased a hot tub (and a "toja" structure to house it) from backyards and billiards and my experience was, simply put, terrible. When I first went into the store, Kory helped me out - we talked for a while about specs, customizations, costs, etc. A few days later, I went back in to sign all the paperwork (this was on 9/13). I went here to buy a replacement pump for my Balance 7 Hot tube . Had a couple of issues getting the right pump and there was a little confusion getting the right pump ( all the employees were extremely helpful ) , but when I contacted Tyler the store manager to get involved not only did he fix the problem quickly but he did it with integrity and morals to do the right thing , we are extremely appreciated ! In the end it all worked out and I am very happy with them . Thank you guys for all your help !

I just purchased a hot tub from John and am very happy. I procrastinated a bit and John was no pressure and let me come around in my own time to finally make the purchase. I feel John was very honest and helpful. I recommend Backyards and Billiards to anyone wanting to buy a hot tub. Thanks John I believe my review was meant for a store in Pueblo. I recently purchased an American Whirlpool 471 and couldn’t be happier. I am new to hot tub ownership and Tyler in the sales department was really thorough and helpful. Delivery was seamless. I have already recommended Backyards and Billiards to my family and friends.
