I can't express or brag enough about this business. We walked in with absolutely ZERO knowledge of hot tubs. (This was our first time purchasing). We tried a few of the bigger name stores and didn't get a very good feeling about thier stores/products. Then we met Mike at Backyards & Billiards. The knowledge he has, and the time he took to explain the differences and show us the product were bar none. My initial plan was to keep looking until after our time with him.
