Backyard Storage was amazing to deal with even on a difficult case. I purchased a used 12'x16' building. During the delivery the shingles had an issue. They called and postponed the delivery and re-shingled the roof no questions asked. During the re-delivery a wall had an issue. They went back and got a better building and delivered it at no up-charge to me. The delivery contact communicated well and was talented at backing the building into a tough location. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Went there Saturday to look at their inventory and walked out with the purchase of a perfect little 12x16 workshop! Darcy made the transaction painless and I honestly didn't expect to walk away with exactly what I needed and an awesome deal on top of that. It was delivered the following Monday morning and now I have what I need. Great place to do business!
I had been looking for a building to put my motorcycles in and came to back yard storage. Darcy was absolutly awesome. She worked with me to make sure i had exactly what i needed. Great building and service. Absolutly happy with my purchase. Would recomend to anyone who was looking for a building to go here. It was a very quick and easy process thanks to Darcy!!!
They are very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. If you have a question all you have to do is ask. Speedy delivery too. I recommend buying from them.
