Have been trying to get a refund on a building I decided not to purchase for almost a month. The only answer I can get is it’s in the mail. Don’t waste your time or money with this company as they only care about getting money from you and don’t care about customer service.
I feel privileged being part of the Backyard Storage team. These days, it's difficult to find a company that cares about employees and their success. It's a great place to work and co-workers feel like family. Every employee takes great pride, helping customers find exactly what they're looking for and we have fun doing it.
