I have purchased 2 hot tubs from BYR and both times extremely happy. We wanted a Canadian made tub, and went with Hydropool. I have appreciated the "extra" service received when Hot tub servicing is required and have always received timely response. The team is great - highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Backyard Retreat for the purchase of our hot tub. Bjorn was very helpful with the model selection and then the installation. We would highly recommend considering them to any family or friends.
I’ve been a long time customer with Backyard Retreats. I recently upgraded my swim spa to a 17AX Aquasport from the 12ft FFP spa. Bjorn was very helpful in making it all possible without a hitch. Love my 17AX. Amazing swim experience with its smooth flowing jets. Self cleaning and so easy to maintain. Given the length of the spa, I was worried that the cover would be very heavy, it turns out, not at all. In fact, somehow seems easier. I would highly recommend the team in Oakville, headed by Bjorn!
I originally decided to go to Backyard Retreats due to their excellent google reviews and STILL they exceeded my expectations. Logan was super knowledgeable and really ensured that I went with the right hot tub for our family's needs. Even after the delivery, they have been checking in to see if I have questions, need help etc. A+++++ and so happy I chose them for my second tub. They far exceeded my first hot tub buying experience (somewhere else lol) THANK YOU LOGAN AND TEAM!
After shopping around we went with a Canadian made Hyrdropool from Backyard Retreat. Why? Great service from Nick and his team at the store. Fair pricing and good promotions. Excellent follow through and communications with the sale and delivery. Just a very pleasant experience all around. I recommend them wholeheartedly. My only concern is Nick, the owner, is a Miami Dolphins fan. But he made up for that in other ways. Good job Backyard Retreat!
