A cautionary tale! There is a wealth of experience and knowledge at Backyard Resorts. They know their stuff inside out and upside down. This year I needed a new tarp style lock in winter cover, I price shopped and found the “other” pool store in Cambridge was a few dollars cheaper so I went with the cheaper price. That was my first mistake. I started the process in May, the other guys sent someone to measure the pool and I paid the $250 deposit for delivery in 2 weeks. I will 100% be using BACKYARD RESORTS POOL PATIO & HOT TUBS for all my future hot tub needs. The reason is this: I had an issue with a blocked line in my hot tub. I emailed for a quote to fix it and decided to take the access panels off in preparation for their visit. In the time I had the cover off, they offered me some free advice on what to look for in order to perform the fix myself. It turns out I was able to perform the fix myself and save a repair call. Always a great team at backyard resorts
When I showed up today I felt like,here we go , I will need to spend a lot of money on a new pump. But to my surprise I received immediate attention and was assured that the problem with just a new switch. Service was fantastic. I would highly recommend backyard resorts your place to go for your pool and spa needs.
