Well it was time to replace our 23 year old Beechcomber Hot Tub spa. Fred and April's team made this process simple and painless. Update 2024: I still stand by my review. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, I still find the prices insanely high for most items. Really nice people and helpful, no complaint there. The prices are literally double somewhere like Pioneer though. $19 for a slip fitting here, $10 at Pioneer. I recommend shopping around. Edit in response to owner: these fittings are $0.51 cents a unit minimum 100 unit order on Alibaba. You had at least 50 in the bin when I went in. April and Fred have been my angels since my hubby passed away 12 years ago and I had to learn to care for my pool. Just today my automatic pool cleaner controller stopped working and they generously gave me a new unit free since my warranty had just expired. I cannot praise them enough and am heart-warmed there are still a few companies like them. Highly recommend.
