When I showed up today I felt like,here we go , I will need to spend a lot of money on a new pump. But to my surprise I received immediate attention and was assured that the problem with just a new switch. Service was fantastic. I would highly recommend backyard resorts your place to go for your pool and spa needs.

Recently, a severe weather event led to a river of water, soil, mulch and stone from a neighbouring property flow into our pool. We put in an urgent call to Backyard Resorts and much to our relief, their response was immediate. After assessing the damage and clean up required, Fred and team went to work to get our pool restored. A fibreglass pool presents unique challenges but after a solid week of TLC, the cleanup was complete and the transformation was amazing. Sincere thank you to Backyard Resorts!!
