A business that goes above and beyond. They are always fantastic in store, repaired our gas heater, and did an amazing job on replacing our in ground pool liner. They communicated, worked fast, stayed on schedule, and most important did a great job that leaves me with the confidence it’s been done right. Our pool looks brand new.
The Backyard Resorts team is exceptional. Fred and April were very helpful, reaching out promptly when our new inground pool liner arrived and installing it without any delay—highly recommend them!
Left there crying and found 2 out of 3 staff to be ignorant! I am new to the pool world and my husband does most. Mind tell you it’s not an im ground pool but is 18 ft by 10 by 5 ft high nothing special. Had the water tested And due to their new machine they were persistent I was hopeless! One hour in this store to not be helped and had request the scolding stop and buy chlorine! I will never come back! And teach ur staff when someone is in tears don’t keep going on making it worse ! Saved my behind! I was missing screws for my return line and they helped me out by giving me replacement screws for Free! Highly recommend!
So impressed with this pool place for supplies. Ever since our favourite local in ground pool supplier closed shop, we’ve been looking for a comparable one. We went to another in the area for an item and were told it would cost $70. Went here and it was only $24 - for the same item. Glad we’ve discovered this place. Staff super helpful too.
