Casey is a pathological liar. Very unprofessional. Everytime I submit a maintenance request online, I have to call her repeatedly in order for anything to get done. Consider yourself lucky if she returns your phone calls. If the request is not submitted online, they charge a $100 fee. Plus they have the nerve to want to charge people $20 per month for air conditioner filters that they want tenants to replace each month. This company is greedy and the worst of the worst.
I must say that this realty company has been nothing but first class in all my interactions. I was in the market for a rental and from the day I spoke with Forrest Wolfe and secured a rental they have been professional and prompt in all matters regarding the rental process. I have had nothing but a great experience as a renter with Backyard Realty! Casey Sellers is always extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. I have had very few issues, but any time I have she has gone out of her way to make everything better!
