I wanted a couple of quotes before I made a decision on my Pool Builder. As of this morning Backyard Specialist is scratched off my list. First off the Appt. I had was at 9am. It’s 9:40 and no one showed up or called as of yet. I called the company 3 times already. Once for the guys number just to make sure I had the right one because no one answered when I called, 2nd was to see if they can reach out to him for me, so I can at least get on with my day if no one showed up.
