I did some serious shopping to replace a bad motor on our pump. Not only are these folks fair, reasonably priced, and quick to do service, they are honest, straightforward and just plain good at what they do. The guys at Backyard pool and spa are top notch. I had given up on opening my pool this year due to financial reasons and lack of time. Out of curiosity I contacted Backyard and the owner Trey came out the same day. He sent a crew to my house every day for a week. My pool, which was a wreck, is back as good as new. Super affordable pricing and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They have my business for life and if your using anyone else your missing out.
You did an excellent job installing the new pump on our hot tub. I appreciate the details that went into making the tub safe, and the quality of the pump and electrical switches. You guys are pro's and I would definitely recommend you to all my friends and family in Gastonia NC. Thank you so much!

This is my first dealings with TREY TURNER Owner of Backyard Pool & Spas. Called him from a referral. Talked to me said” he might be able to swing by today” 11/2 hours later he showed up fixed the multiple problems I had, and was on his way. Will definitely call again very positive impression, and very knowledgeable of his business. All I can say is very impressed. Would leave more stars if I could.

I Love Backyard Pool and Spa . Got my old washed up hot tub running like a champ again, and keeps it running too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you have a pool or spa and need work done .
