RecommendedAttended Pool School and thought they did an excellent job. Numerous staff there that answered all questions. Raffled off free products which was a nice bonus. They answered my unending questions with unlimited patience. I am not an auditory learner and they went the extra mile by providing me with written instructions via email.
I just went to my first pool school tonight. The pool isn’t even open yet but they already remind me why I do all my pool business there. Everyone is friendly, willing to help and explain and just want their customers to have a great pool season. Thanks for the school...I learned a lot!
We just recently bought a hot springs hot tub from them. The customer service is 110% perfect, reliable, and so willing and nice to help and answer all the questions we have had. I would recommend back yard pool and patio to anyone with spa, pool or patio needs!!!

What an awesome buying experience. They took care of everything in the install process. We love our Limelight Flair. Thank you to Chase and Rod and the entire staff. All have been very helpful. The installation team did a great job too.
Had a great experience here over the last few weeks. Every question was answered, the guys were awesome at explaining everything and they had us up and running in no time! will definitely be back!
We have experienced nothing but excellent and professional service from Rod and his team. I have used them for pump installs, new filter installation, new heater install, and several end of season pool closings. They are all very knowledgeable about pools and spas and will answer any questions you may have. I strongly suggest having them test your water sample. Knowing what chemicals and how much is needed is spelled out for you on the test result sheet they provide.
Dealt with a rude guy that worked there tonight will never spend another penny of my hard earned money there again!
