backyard pod did an amazing job - they were on schedule, on budget and did a great job building my outdoor office. very friendly and communicative
We had backyard pod build us a ADU gym in our new home. Coordinated everything over the phone/zoom/email as we moved from out of town. They delivered on budget and ahead of schedule, which was incredible. Good communication, great quality.

Do not use Backyard Pod. They built a backyard apartment for us. It was supposed to take 6-8 months - it took 13 months. Here is a list of a few of the things we had to deal with: Trenching was involved to install plumbing. After digging the trenches, we were told we had to pay extra to remove the rocks that were dug up from the yard. They claimed they didn’t anticipate the rocky soil. I love my backyard pod/casita! It is absolutely beautiful, super functional, and blends perfectly in my yard- bringing extra space and income to boot! Great experience; great outcome. Highly recommend!
