If I could have given zero stars I would have. This place/owner is terrible. We requested a pool be inspected before we finalized the purchase of a house. We waited three weeks for the inspection to be done and this was after numerous calls which we made and left voice mails; and not one return call was received. When a buyer (us) orders an inspection, the results are to be provided to the person who ordered the inspection. Not only did this not happen, he provided it to the seller. BEWARE! Wow, just wow. The guy showed up to quote my job smoking a cigarette, I asked to please not since I was pregnant. He starts telling me I can't put a pool where I want and then his buddy gets out, also smoking, I ask him to please not smoke because I'm pregnant and the main guy says "You know what, this is not the job for us" gets in his truck and peels out. Thank the lord I didn't go with this company!!! Couldn't have been more unprofessional.
Terrible customer service. Had to call multiple times and threaten to go elsewhere to actually get work done. And work that was done was totally butchered final product looks ok but not what I paid for. Missing skimmer plates a half painted coping around pool drain plate with one screw halfway out....still waiting on return for all that for over a month. Save yourself a headache spend a little extra and go with a pro. Update 8/2022 been losing a lot of water since the install and steadily increasing just spent 400 more dolla... read more
