The shed I ordered was great, I have no complaints about it. However, the concrete guy this company recommended was a nightmare to deal with. He never showed up when he said he would, never answered his phone, got concrete splatter everywhere and as of a year later has not (and obviously will not) come to clean up. He also for some reason poured a section of concrete that was totally unnecessary for the shed’s installation, so I’ll probably have to remove it at some point as it serves no purpose and only added unnecessary ex... read more
We ordered several pieces of LuxCraft patio furniture. We were told it would be about three weeks, but the furniture arrived in just three days, and it is on our deck and looks beautiful. The staff and service at Backyard Living are excellent!

Not quite sure where to start but as we got out of our truck Lexi picked us up in a golf cart and we toured the facility, Lexi answered all of our questions and we loved the workmanship of the sheds. Shed was ordered and delivery was 2 weeks early !!! The gentleman who delivered the shed was meticulous on how it was placed on our slab.
