CASSANDRA was absolutely amazing and great to work with. She took a lot of time to meet with us, and she was very patient with answering all our questions and we asked a lot of questions! Just purchased a Caldera- Geneva series Hot Tub. Both Eric and Cassandra were very knowledgeable and helpful. They very patient and answered all 50 questions I had, since I have never owned a hot tub before. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
