I spent the last few weeks with Cassandra out of the Peoria store and Eric out of the Springfield store. I am new to salt water jacuzzi and had a ton of questions. They were quick to take my calls and were very knowledgeable, they sent me links to review as needed, and were never pushy at all. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them both. We met Cassandra at Costco at a spa event and were immediately drawn to her forthright speech and posture.
