I am writing this review based solely on my personal experience at The Backyard restaurant in Doral Park. I have been a member of the club for 27 years, and it is disappointing to feel that customer service has declined. On several occasions, the staff attending customers seemed indifferent and did not appear concerned about providing proper service. Best hidden gem in Doral Park. Great food, easy parking, resort like feeling with reasonable prices. Great for families.

We’ve been coming to this restaurant for years through my parents’ membership, and it’s always been a favorite, mainly because of the family-friendly environment and the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the service has declined significantly, and our most recent visit was honestly unacceptable. We went this past Sunday to celebrate a birthday, and from the start, things were off.
