I called Backyard Escapes with a simple question. "Can you make my Katrina damaged pool look new again." The answer I got was surprising. The man on the phone whom I presume was the owner said "Maybe, but I will have to see it first. We have seen many pools in the last 5 years that were not worth investing money in." I guess i was just expecting him to say he could do it sight unseen. I scheduled an appointment with them and they were on time.
