Long time customer. they are very professional and prompt with service that is fantastic and not over priced..
After calling several pool companies in the area with a pool that had turned into a swamp . the pool pump had quit working . I found back yard escapes, I can not say enough about them their staff was courteous and very professional. They were on time with all the parts too effect the repairs and all the chemical to treat my pool the family was swimming the next day!! great company !!! I am now an avid customer.
Mostly pleased with everything. I asked to have my pump replaced. Mr. David said it could be repaired for less and would still be a good one. I went with a rebuild instead of a replacement and so far so good. The price was as quoted however i found the parts on his invoice to be a bit higher than the internet prices I looked up after the job was done. Overall, I m happy with the service and the job I received.

I had enough money to also get my sand filter cleaned out and get some plumbing redone. David was awesome and he was patient with my ignorance of how the system actually works and answered all of my questions. He stands by his work and makes good on what he says. Can't say enough! We bought a new house and hired Backyard Escapes as a consultant to teach us how it works and how to maintain it. They were on time, very thorough, and affordable. We were told by the old owners that we know more about the pool now than they ever did. The technician from Backyard Escapes even left us his cell number in case we got stuck. I cant say enough. My wife and I recently purchased a new home with a pool. We were ignorant to say the least. Backyard Escapes sent out a very knowledgeable representative. They showed us how everything worked and in great detail what to expect and how to take care of it. They basically taught us more about the pool we just bought than the previous owners ever knew about it. He even left a his cell number in case we got stuck.
