Dustin and his team were great to deal with! We hired them to put a new roof on our house and they went above and beyond, fixing a bunch of rotten beams that were found when the old roof was removed. I highly recommend using them - Great quality work and very reasonably priced!
Built what I thought was a great shed for a good price. However the doors leak like crazy and the shed floor is almost rotted out now. Reached out to have it fixed or to extend the roof over it and no responses.
Stopped returning phone calls after agreeing to fix workmanship issues. We put faith in them and really like supporting locally owned businesses, but they have beyond failed at completing the job. Really disappointed and the best I know to do is warn other consumers.
Dustin and the whole Backyard Custom team have done several jobs for me and my wife around our house - they built a shed for my lawn equipment, replaced damaged siding on my home and removed a load bearing wall to open up my kitchen to my living room. All 3 projects exceeded our expectations and we would recommend Backyard Custom to anyone. Great communication, workmanship and prices. You simply cannot beat the quality that these guys deliver.
