I called chad a backyard connections in Tyler and set up an appt a few days later at 4:00 pm. I took off work early to make the appt. 4:15 rolls by no chad so I called their office only to get a message machine. I waited another 15 mins still no chad? I called office again this time I left a message. That was Thursday today is Saturday and I have yet to get a response. I would like to apologize for the negative review I gave this company. I did finally hear back from Chad and he explained to me that his network went down and that's was the reason he didn't make the appointment. We then rescheduled and he showed up promptly
My wife and I hired Backyard Connection to design and build a Pool, Spa, and Outdoor Living Area. I cannot say enough good things about Chad and his team! We are very happy with our backyard and Chad helped us in every decision and part of our project. He was always available before, during and after our project to answer any questions. The service provided to us is impeccable! Would highly recommend this company to anyone!
