My first review was taken down because it was unfavorable to the contractor. I will try to post it again to warn others of my experience with Backyard Connection, Dennis Thomas the owner. Mr Thomas uses sub-contractors to get the job done, however, he will not include the specifics on the plan that you want instead he will tell you just to tell his people exactly what you want and they will do it. I trusted him for saying that but the sub-contractor only got paid for what it is on the plan so every time you tell them you nee... read more

I had a design in mind and Dennis Thomas helped me tweak it and make sure every walk way was safe. I have beautiful lighting, rocks, plants and a great area to BBQ.
