I'm a die hard barbecue fan and there for judge all barbecue pretty hard. Got the half rack "dry". Even though they are "dry" it should some flavor, it tasted like nothing but char. Thankfully the cheesy bacon potatoe casserole and butter for the cornbread was good. I doubt I will be back.
