I yet to visit it but customer service was very nice. I am very impressed with the quality of service from the customer service department. I ran into a problem with reserving a storage that is to small and I contacted customer service and they upgraded me and cancelled my original storage.

I called here looking for pricing for a storage unit and I talked to kelly. She was so helpful and cheerful, it was just such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be getting a storage unit from here. Probably some of the best customer service I have ever experienced
