Loved the stay and the hospitality of the owners great memories created very accommodating to our large group
Great Place , Great People ! Enjoyed ourselves every time me and my wife have been there , also went on bear hunting trip while up there. Robert and His whole family have been nothing but Great and accommodating. Great family memories .
This was the nicest and cleanest cabins I have ever stayed in, and let me tell you the owners are top notch people.
Rob was great to meet had a great time and had to go check out his bike shop. If we needed anything he was close by to handle it. Will be back for sure
We decided to take a family road trip and visit several different states. Our 3rd stop on this 9 day journey was Mena Arkansas, the Backwoods Lodge to be exact. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first because it is very secluded, not that that is a bad thing, just having never been here before. We love this place and it is one of favorite places to ride. The owners are the nicest people, very friendly and accommodating. I fell and tore my knee up and she offered me to use her icepack for the swelling. The cabins are very clean and fully stocked so you don't have to bring so much with you and even has a washer and dryer for those days coming in from trail riding.
A big group of Military Buddies would make an Annual Trip here and its fantastic. Great Cabin and even better people running the Lodge.
Beds need to be replaced!!!!!! Other than that it was a nice place.
Best place to stay in Mena. I would not go anywhere else.
