We hired Backwoods BBQ to cater our Independence Day Sales Event, it was a huge success, he fed all of our employees and the clients we had come in for our sale. There is something special about having a huge wood burning bbq out front with staff cooking food fresh that gets people excited. We have used Backwoods Since and every single time the food is amazing, the staff is friendly and the price is right!
I just hired Mr. Nolan and the boys at Backwoods BBQ to perform a catering event at Lake Elsinore Ford. This was my event for the people I work with, I called it my Employee Appreciation Lunch. Nolan brought out the van, the trailer with the Big Boy BBQ on it and cooked Tri-Tip, Chicken, brought sides and all and fed 120 people including guests that came into the store! Steve, I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you and your Backwoods crew for catering our 37th annual Corona Firefighters Auto Extrication training event. The food was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. Your staff was professional, courteous and efficient. To be able to serve 250 hungry firefighters in less than an hour is nothing short of a miracle. And most importantly, they all went away satisfied. We hope Backwoods BBQ will be able to cook for us again at next years event. Thank you again.
Hi Steve, sorry it took so long for me to send this. I wanted to let you know how much the Riverside Elks Camper Club enjoyed the dinner you prepared for our club. Everyone is still talking about the fact that it was the best food we have ever catered at our annual Christmas party. I'm sure that everyone will want you to cater again this year. Thanks so much.
Good Place to watch sporting events – The place has a country feel with outdoor seating,firepit and live music and the best part is they serve ice cold beer in huge country style jar and they have 2-huge Jenga games made out of 2x4 it pretty cool and good crouds. and Im talking about the New restaraunt near Costco on Mckingley off 91 fwy
Awesome BBQ, Best Tri-Tip we ever had – This place is really great. It is a little hidden but well worth finding. It is a pretty big place with a large kids game room, live band, peanuts on the floor and a really relaxed atmosphere. The food was really really good. They gave you plenty. We had the tri-tip, chicken and ribs. The kids had chicken. The food came with very little sauce on it. They offered you extra if you wanted.
