This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had since moving to Connecticut and with the healthcare system. Up until this point I’ve been in awe of how kind and organized everyone has been. I have been attempting to make an appointment for the past 2 weeks, pushing 3 weeks. I've had to call everyday to check up on the status of my referral from my primary MD, which was faxed last week. The nurse has yet to call me to discuss scheduling an appointment. I have only spoken to the front desk. I am not satisfied with the way I continue to get pushed off.
