I desperately needed a haircut and wanted to get a blow out before an event but couldn't book at my normal place in Boston because it was last minute. I got an appointment by calling this salon and got text reminders leading up to the appointment. The day of, Karen, a true miracle worker, took my frizzy mess and the small amount of hair I had left postpartum and turned it into thick, bouncy and frizz-free hair. Genna, the owner, is a true artist … she gave me the cut and color I’ve been trying to achieve for years. She has also created a Newbury Street experience in the north shore (I say this after going to Newbury Street in Boston for years). Highly recommend!
Karen was amazing!! She made me feel confident in cutting a lot off of my hair and she made me feel listened to and beautiful. I am so grateful and I will definitely be back!!
