Es el mejor salón en Brownsville, la atención desde el momento en que abres la puerta ese recibimiento te hacen sentir importante , todos los estilistas súper profesionales, amables te tratan como una Reyna siempre atentos en todo detalle tengo 9 años de clienta de Poncho junto con mis 3 hijas , súper recomendado 🤗

I want to give a big shout out to Melany she is so amazing. Melany fixed the mess another hair studio did to my hair. She made my hair look amazing. A big shout out to the rest of the staff for how friendly and attentive they are. Highly recommend this place.

I have been a client of Backstage Hair & Make up for many years. The service provided by each stylist is beyond amazing, they explain the process in detail including the cost! Poncho is always bringing new techniques and products to better serve his clients. I recently tried their Korean Head Spa treatment and absolutely loved it!! The products they use smell amazing and the whole experience is very relaxing, at the end of the session felt my head weighed 10 lbs less!! They quoted my wife a $200 job. Ended up being $400 because of the “products” they used while washing her hair. This was a while back, and she paid it. Giving 1 star for lack of disclosure on pricing. Not good business!
