Poncho listened very well to my wants and concerns about how I wanted my hair and he turned me into a new woman. I am beyond happy with how my hair turn out! Poncho and his team are excellent They made me feel very comfortable. The treatment towards me and among themselves is very pleasant. I was in the salon for hours and truthfully I didn't even feel it. The team is knowledgeable and fun I'll be back.
