I absolutely love coming to Backstage Hair & Makeup! Poncho and his crew give their full attention and never rush, making sure everything is perfect. The quality of service is excellent, and the experience is always relaxing and enjoyable.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Taking my girlfriend to this salon was like walking straight into a seven-hour nightmare. The stylist didn’t just “miss the mark” — she completely ignored what my girlfriend asked for and just did whatever popped into her head.
