Backslash Technologies is bad for your computer's health Backslash Technologies is bad for you and your computer. I went to them for a repair and they did more damage than good to my computer. They erased some of my programs and I complained but they did not care. Their fee was outrageous too. I would not recommend them. The only advantage is that they are located in a strip mall and there is convenient parking. So if you need computer help go to Google first!!!!!!!
Great people and reasonable pricing I'm not sure where the other people went to that reviewed Backslash, but it certainly was not the one in Fort Madison. I've dealt with them for years and have always received great service. They offer free local phone support, have a bunch of computers and related stuff in stock, and have been just about the friendliest group of people I've ever met. I continue to go to Backslash because I trust them and really feel valued as a customer.
Dont go here... they rip people off I would not recommend going to Backslash Technologies for any reason. Their sales people are rude and do not care about the customer. They have overcharged me on I Wireless products on more than one occasion and I have already contacted I Wireless in regards to this. Their products do not last as they should and they often do not honor warranties. PROS: CONS: Do not honor warranties... overcharge... rude
