RecommendedTook bike to Charle last year and was 100% satisfied. Took it back this year for an oil change and full service along with a laundry list of things. Dropped it off without an appointment and said work her in when you can. his wife Joan calls with questions instead of just doing stuff. Got it back in more than fair time for not having an appointment and the list I had. Top notch business with great customer care. As long as Charle is turning wrenches there won't be anyone else touching my bike.
