I had a plugged basement sink. Jake was sent out and was very polite and on task to fix the problem. Use one machine first and that did not work so he got another and opened the pipe. Price was very fair and work was fast and clean. Backlund will be my go to company for plumbing!
Backlund came last week & fixed my mom's slow draining tub. Have.had this problem for 2 years, she has called 3 other plumbers & spent over $1,000 trying to fix the drain. Backlund discovered the tub plug had broken & was keeping the water from draining when we showered. Also had a sewer gas smell coming from kitchen sink when dishwasher or washing machine ran. Available same day, Danny was super fast, friendly and professional. Sink clog fixed in no time, leak downstairs traced to loose tub overfill cover. So happy it was so simple. Very knowlegable guy.
