I had a plugged basement sink. Jake was sent out and was very polite and on task to fix the problem. Use one machine first and that did not work so he got another and opened the pipe. Price was very fair and work was fast and clean. Backlund will be my go to company for plumbing!
Backlund came last week & fixed my mom's slow draining tub. Have.had this problem for 2 years, she has called 3 other plumbers & spent over $1,000 trying to fix the drain. Backlund discovered the tub plug had broken & was keeping the water from draining when we showered. Also had a sewer gas smell coming from kitchen sink when dishwasher or washing machine ran. RecommendedMy husband called this morning because our kitchen drain was clogged. Two gentlemen arrived at noon exactly as they stated they would they were both friendly and efficient in clearing the drain. We were very pleased with the service and the price and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Backlund was assigned a work order on our hot water heater on Tuesday from our home warranty. They had done work for us before thru our home warranty. I had left them messages why they had not scheduled our appointment.. they finally got back to me on FRIDAY, stating they no longer service for our home warranty..😖.. Been without hot water for four days now, called the morning after the water went out as our home warranty has instructed, these guys decide to wait two to three days to even call us back to tell us they no longer serve our home warranty. We call our home warranty and they say “call Backlund Plumbing as they service all of these calls” and Backlund Plumbing still is no help. Have scheduled 4 appointments to replace my main water valve under a home warranty. Just didn't show up the first time second time did not have a metal detector didn't show up the third time. The fourth time called after the time frame they were supposed to come. And then today oh didn't show up again. This is a main valve if it goes NO WAY TO SHUT OFF THE WATER! Not once did they even bother to say they were not coming!
Backlund took care of a broken sewer line under our basement floor promptly and with very little disruption. Leslie told when the techs would arrive, who to expect, and said they’d take care of us. She was right!! Many thanks!
Blew off our appointment for an estimate. We have five projects to get done and wasted half a day sitting around. I had to call to find out where they were and they were having trouble finding their technician that was supposed to be at my house.
I never had work done by this group. However though the gentleman who came to chick-fil-a was nice to look at.
