To all the car enthusiasts out there, I highly recommend Brendan, he’s honest reliable and trustworthy. I like how he is the person you speak to about your car and he is the person who will fix it! I’m very apprehensive on who is looking after my mechanical repairs but he definitely put me at ease, very happy with the results and thankyou team Backlash!
Got new wheels and tyres fitted and the car lowered on XYZ coilovers. Super happy with the work, great price and it was all done in a good amount of time. The car looks and feels perfect
I had a terrible experience with Backlash Automotive. I was quietly sitting in the waiting room when they took my car into the workshop, clearly thinking I wasn’t around. What I witnessed was beyond unacceptable — I could hear them redlining my engine repeatedly. When I confronted them, the excuse I was given was laughable — they claimed the car "slipped into neutral." That’s not how cars work, and certainly not how professionals should behave. Couldn’t recommend Brendan enough. If you want no stuff arounds and great service go to backlash. So happy with my car make your own mind up.
Highly recommend Brendan, went above and beyond with fitting tyres to my custom 20” HSV wheels. Taped the rims to make sure they weren’t scratched and applied just the right about of tyre lube to get them on. Thanks heaps 🙏🏻 I’ll be back!
