Numerous emails and phone calls haven't helped. Many go unanswered. The company requested documents they didn't need as they "didn't realize how old the record" I requested was (despite the fact that the order clearly stated the year of the records), and then claimed the records were sent. This turned out to be untrue. The excuse I got for this untruth was that their computer Q-drive wasn’t working. Then they requested records for the wrong address. Totally incompetent company. What LexisNexis provided in three days at 1/5th the cost took BackgroundsUSA over a month to just get started. Then they wanted more information, and charged $15 for cancellation. Probably just a scam company.
I ordered a birth certificate and paid the extra fee to expedite the search retrieval and delivery process. 3 companies are involved in this process, “archives.com”, “usavital” and backgroundsusa.com. I finally got notice it was being sent but that was 13 days ago. I beginning to wonder if this is a sham. Do not use them if you need anything quickly and especially dont pay extra for quick delivery. I am forced to give them a “star” rating PLEASE NOT THAT I GIVE THEM 1 STAR UNDER DURESS”.
