The technician was quick and professional
Brandon saved me. I had a big leak from a cooling tower backflow. My options were allowing water to leak in the hallway and 2 units or turning off the water to the cooling towers and losing AC to 155 residential units and 8 commercial units. I turned the water off and the cooling tower water started to evaporate. Brandon responded to the emergency call and had the backflow repaired in about 90 minutes.
