We had these guys out to test our Backflow’s technicians name was Nick. He failed both devices, and wrote me an estimate for over $12,000!!! I called another company out to get a second opinion, and wouldn’t ya know, they both passed. I would proceed with caution when calling this company!
Good work. High price. Would not negotiate on a “commodity” service for 25 mins to repair pressure vacuum breaker internal valve. Found another certified plumber 1/2 the price for exact work elsewhere and retest certified pass. To customers, as usual get quotes. Would not recommend. To Backflow Prevention ServicesLLC learn to quote basic business.
Rick the owner is very kind, professional and honest; all of which is hard to find these days. He took time to explain everything to me thoroughly. Being a single mother I appreciate this all of this. From calling around and doing my research he very fair priced for back flow testing. Definitely would recommend. Thank you Rick!
