Jackie the massage therapist at this location is out standing.
I've only visited this business once, but 2 more appts booked! It seems to be a very caring wellness center! Chiropractic, PT, Massages and IV fluid center, all at a very convenient location! Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and professional, mad me feel very welcome!!
I’ve heard nothing but great things about this practice, but it’s quite disappointing how unresponsive they are after you are told you would get a “call” in about 24 hours. I’ve called about three times to confirm if my insurance is accepted by them and was told I would receive a call in 24 hours. That didn’t happen at all. Second, I submitted Contact Us form in their website. Never got any sort of reply, so don’t even bother filling it out. Till this day, I still haven’t received a call to confirm my insurance.
I just called to make an appointment and the lady took my information created my appointment and seemed very snappy on the phone with me because I asked why an appointment was needed to see the chiropractor when I only want a massage. She said that’s because they’re a chiropractors office. Doesn’t make any sense if I wanted to see a chiro I would have booked that.
