Everyone is extremely nice and professional. Dr. Backer is very kind and caring, and she is never in a rush. She always listens and really made me feel comfortable. I would easily say that she is the best doctor I have ever been to in my 38 years. I read all of the reviews here, and am baffled by the 1 negative review. The person that they describe is the polar opposite of the Dr. Backer that I have known for several years. My entire family now sees her and no one has ever had a negative experience there. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
Dr. Backer has a hard time staying objectional with her patients. She stereotypes her patients and lets her preconceived notions cloud her judgement in her diagnosis. She even goes as far as scolding patients for their mistakes, and she has caused more pain than she could know. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy.
The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
