Not a good company. They routinely violate common courtesy and local ordinances. There’s many other reputable companies that do a better job including Tocco and Coyro.
This company has the greatest employees! The Backer brothers are generous and have helped our non-profit farm with their generosity!
I was driving behind a Backer Landscaping truck and tons of little pebbles were flying out the back. I have two cracks in my windshield. I took a picture of the truck and called the company immediately. The women who answered agreed to pay for the damages, but once it was time to pay the company denied responsibility, blaming it on Michigan roads. No, sorry, your driver did not secure the load.
The shrub they transplanted died, the trench for the drain they dug was too shallow so I have a stripe of yellow grass running across the lawn and they put a spike in the sprinkler line in for the flower bed. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Backer Landscaping is the best! The results are amazing, and the crew is always courteous, fast and professional. I look forward to seeing my landscaping transformation after Backer Landscaping does their great work every spring. Highly recommended!
Great company and top notch crews. Scott D is the man and took care of all my requests.
I will never deal with this company again. Trees keep dying but it's my fault. It is funny how trees planted by the other company has never died. Trees at my parents' home died and they would not replace. Blamed it on the weather.
