I don't know when radio ads with bleeped curse words became popular but its classless and distasteful. How in the world is that the image of your business you want people to hear?
RecommendedExcellent customer service. Graham went above and beyond to ensure I got boots that would work for me, and patiently tackled the rest of my shopping list. Other staff were also attentive. I never write reviews, but this experience deserved some kind of expression of gratitude.

A big thanks to Ben and Levi for helping my try to fix my old broken telemark binding and then going above and beyond to get me set up on gear so I could get back out on the ski hill. This place is the best kind of shop you can find!

Top notch customer service! Came in to hike and climb at Chicago Basin and forgot my crampons. I called 20 mins after they were closed and the owner Ben still picked up the phone! He arranged to have one of his employees open up an hour early the next morning so I could get the proper gear neccessary for our trip and make the 8:45 train to needleton.. Cant thank these guys enough. You truley were a lifesaver!
